Ending birthright citizenship

Status: Pending

There are currently several ongoing complaints with active preliminary injunctions, meaning that for the time being the Executive Order is not in effect. All efforts to appeal those injunctions have so far been rejected. It is likely that the issue will end up in front of the Supreme Court.
